I am an experienced cook and cooking instructor, living in a rural/cottage area of Eastern Ontario. I try not to eat or cook anything that has been processed, aside from condiments and some sauces that don’t have too many chemicals in them. I have a passion for cooking and baking and really enjoy sharing my knowledge of food with others. With several kids spread around the country (and globe), here is a quick access to mom’s cooking.

Amazing Andrea!!! Great job. Look forward to coming back here many, many times.
I like your site. Clean. Easy to navigate.
I snagged the aspargus for my background to continue enjoying the visual. Your philosophy of cooking fits my agenda for health improvement and maintenance. The dressings are just what I need right now. Thank you, Andrea!
thanks for your support!
Andrea,
I love your website and can not wait to try some of the recipes!
thanks Michelle! I’ll be trying and posting some of the recipes you gave me. I bought a long pan and platter for the layered cake.
Not only are you amazing when you cook but you know how to capture the soul of the food or the moment with your photographic eye! Beautiful and intimate pictures of the event of Saturday. I am impress … and flattered by your words and picts!
The desserts you researched and put together for the vernissage were just out of this world. Kids and much older ones all loved it. It was a complement to the magic of that day. And the class we had, learning how to create them, was so fun, and the result was tasty! I just can’t beleive I can do those elegant desserts now!
Thank you, Andrea!! I am looking for our next cooking class! Hum… until then, I think I will try to make that layered cake with bananas… yummy! I love how you make cooking/baking exciting and so inspiring!
thank you LInda for those kind words! Teaching you is always fun and a pleasure – your vision inspires my classes.
Andrea, love your blog! I have tried several of your recipes in the last few weeks and they are all delicious, easy to follow and turn out great.
Hope you come back and teach some classes in the fall in Crow Lake!
Keep those recipes coming!
Marion
